Exchange & Return Policy

You have full flexibility to cancel the order or to make any changes in style, color, or dimensions within 48 hours after you place your order, and in the case of cancellation within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund of your payment with the same original payment method.

Within 5 days of placing your order, if you’d like to cancel it you will receive a 50% refund of your payment, after 5 days of placing your order, you cannot amend or cancel the order.

All our products are custom-made products and cannot be cancelled either before or after delivery for a refund nor an exchange.

Product images with fabric/veneer/lacquered implementation don't reflect the actual texture and color 100% and should be considered as a reference visual only.

The digital images we display have the most accurate look and feel, proportions, and colors possible for the products in real life. However, due to differences between renders and real live pictures as well as computer devices screens, we cannot be responsible for variations and colors and resolution between the actual product and the online digital images.

You can exchange, return or refund your products if found to be wrong or faulty  within (2) from the date of delivery, provided that the product is;

  • Wrong Material.
  • Wrong Color. (Product images with fabric/veneer/lacquered implementation don't reflect the actual texture and color 100% and should be considered as a reference visual only).
  • Wrong dimension. (Items are liable to 5% increase/decrease in dimensions offered)
  • Defected.
  • Damaged or Broken.

We accept exchange, return or refund wrong or faulty products, provided that;

  • Notice for wrong or faulty products must be given to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery stated.
  • Any shortage or damage must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Product shows no sign of usage.
  • Products have been not moved from the original place of delivery.
  • Products can be returned only if installed by our technician.
  • We will not refund or exchange any unfaulty delivered products.

We don't accept exchange, return or refund, provided that;

  • Damage caused by misuse or signs of wear and tear.
  • The product has been used, purposely altered, or assembled.
  • The product has been moved from the original place of delivery.
  • You wish to exchange for a different color or size.

After approval by our After Sales department, you will be able to proceed to exchange your order with another product, or you get refunded on your original payment method.

  • Your receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges.
  • The pickup will take place from the original place of delivery.
  • Refunds through bank transfer and to be credited to the original purchaser in 14-16 working days (Subject to change depending on card issuer policy).

We do not offer services for furniture after purchase which includes services such as changing fabrics, reupholstering, replacing foam or fiber fillings, or changing the paint color, size and/or any alteration. Our commitment is to ensure the quality of products, but any modifications or alterations after purchase are not covered under our service offerings. We recommend consulting a professional service provider if you require any of the mentioned services.
