Shipping & Order Conditions
► Product images with fabric/veneer/lacquered implementation don't reflect the actual texture and color 100% and should be considered as a reference visual only.
► The digital images we display have the most accurate look and feel, proportions, and colors possible for the products in real life. However, due to differences between renders and real live pictures as well as computer devices screens, we cannot be responsible for shape variations and colors and resolution between the actual product and the online digital images.
► Natural Shades might have irregularities in the natural form of the wood and it would be visible and we wont be able to conceal it in anyway.
► If the order exceeds 2,000 EGP, we shall contact you via a WhatsApp to confirm your order and 75% advanced payment, the remaining amount shall be cash upon delivery.
► If the order will be delivered outside Cairo or Giza payment should be made at least 1 day prior to delivery date.
► If advanced payment was not made within 5 business days from the order date, order shall be automatically canceled.
► During discounts periods, if the finishes selection and advanced payment was not done before the ending of the discount period the order shall be automatically canceled and the order can't be done again with the discounted prices.
► Delivery for Most Products between 16-30 working days (excluding Friday's, Saturday's and official vacations).
► Delivery for Dining Room items between 30-45 working days (excluding Friday's, Saturday's and official vacations).
► Delivery for Dressing Room/Wardrobes between 45-60 working days.
► If the order contains products with different delivery durations, items shall be delivered all together on the latest delivery date, or else upon request shall be delivered separately with additional delivery fees.
► Finished products that can not be delivered upon the customer’s request or due to the un-readiness of the site have to be paid for in full.
► If storage where to exceed 1 week, Storage fees is 2% of the total value will be levied for each week of storage.
► Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.
► Furniture handling is till the 4th floor with a wide staircase in order to guarantee product quality any additional floors there will an additional fees applied (200EGP/Per Floor), maximum handling is till the 6th floor otherwise the customer is required to provide a lift at his own cost and under his own supervision.
► Please inform us of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways and corridors.
► Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and if any of the above conditions apply extra charge shall be applied and the customer will be notified before proceeding with his shipment.
► We do not offer services for furniture after purchase which includes services such as changing fabrics, reupholstering, replacing foam or fiber fillings, or changing the paint color, size and/or any alteration. Our commitment is to ensure the quality of products, but any modifications or alterations after purchase are not covered under our service offerings. We recommend consulting a professional service provider if you require any of the mentioned services.
